I will straight up admit I bought these products on a whim. As I have now crossed the HUGE line and turned 30, I have started to think more about skin care ingredients and have focused on those “fine lines” – which to be honest to me are not that “fine”. I started to research different ingredients, and to be honest it was all very confusing! Words like “Salycilic Acid” and ” Copper Peptide” were being thrown around like I’m supposed to know what that is…
That being said, after extensive research (thank you Google) I decided that Glycolic Acid was my starting point. Nowadays. products are labelled with the ingredients rather than a fancy name so this was quite easy to pin down. However, as I had no idea what I was doing I decided the most sensible option was to start with affordable products and see how that goes.
So! As a long term loyal fan of all things Superdrug, I stumbled across their Naturally Radiant collection. super affordable and had the main ingredients I was looking for, so off I went!
“Superdrug Naturally Radiant Brightening Hot Cloth Cleanser is formulated with a unique energising complex and infused with Kiwi Fruit and Mulberry extracts to help revive skin’s radiance and even out skin tone.
Enriched with nourishing Cocoa Butter, this rich and creamy formulation melts into the skin and cleanses away make-up and impurities, whilst also providing gentle exfoliation, leaving skin feeling renewed, soft and ultra clean.”
Although this product does not have a fancy ingredient in its’ title, it is part of the collection so I went with it – and I love it! It is super gentle and leaves my skin feeling moisturised, but somehow also removes every single trace of makeup. HOW!? I don’t need to know. All I need to know is that it works, and it is – in a word – lovely.
“Superdrug Naturally Radiant Brightening Micro Polish is formulated with a unique energising complex and infused with Kiwi Fruit and Mulberry extracts to help revive skin’s radiance and even out skin tone. Enriched with Blueberry Seeds and Fruit Acids, this polish exfoliates dead skin cells, helping to refine skin’s texture and clarify skin discolouration for an ultra smooth, luminous complexion.”
I am a big fan of exfoliators and have tried countless different ones. The Brightening Micropolish is gritty enough to satisfy my need to scrub, but also not sharp or OTT. It melts into the skin and leaves it silky smooth.
“Naturally Radiant Glycolic Tonic is formulated with a unique energising complex and infused with Kiwi Fruit and Mulberry extracts to help revive skin’s radiance and even out skin tone. Highly concentrated in Glycolic Acid, a powerful Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA), the refreshing tonic also refines pores, retexturises the skin’s surface and smoothes fine lines, providing a brighter, healthier and more youthful complexion.”
We have a winner. I have to say it would actually be difficult to pick a favourite from this collection, but the ****** is the cherry on the top. Yes it has Glycolic Acid in the title, but it genuinely feels like it is actually making a difference. A word of warning, if you have gone a bit crazy with exfoliating or have any open “sores” on your skin then this will sting. But personally I like that as it makes me feel like its’ working – a bit weird I know. I love this, and regardless of what else comes my way I will continue to use this daily.
“Naturally Radiant Glycolic Overnight Peel is formulated with a unique energising complex infused with Kiwi Fruit and Mulberry Extracts to help revive skin’s radiance and even out skin tone. With Glycolic Acid, a powerful Alpha Hydroxy (AHA) and a Fruit Acid blend, the refreshing gel formula also refines and retexturises the skin’s surface, providing a brighter, more youthful complexion.”
To finish off the routine, this is bang on. I didn’t actually see the Superdrug Naturally Radiant Renewing Night Cream which I now have (and also love!) but these two products paired together are literally what dreams are made of. To start with it feels a little “tight”, but this loosens as my skin drinks it up. The Glycolic Overnight Peel sinks into the skin so beautifully.
Overall it is safe to say that I am obsessed. Not only has this collection been a wonderful introduction into the world of skin care ingredients, but it works! I am in love with every single product and it instantly made a different to my skin. After one use my skin looked brighter, more hydrated (less old!) and my pores actually looked smaller. I am 100% a fan, and I won’t say that I will repurchase these products because I already have. Thank you Superdrug!!!!
OK, so I am WELL aware that I am extremely late to jump on this train, but at least I’m finally on it! After watching multiple makeup tutorials with these products and researching this into great depths, I realised that the only real way I could sleep at night (a little over dramatic) was to jump in head first and just go for it. So! Here we go!
“Our oil-free, buildable full coverage foundation was formulated with soft blurring pigments to give you a natural matte finish. No filter needed.”
So the first thing I noticed about this foundation is the shade range. Not only is this broken down into skin tone, but also undertone – undertone is a big thing for me as I have a light skin tone, but the majority of foundations I have tried are too beige or too pink. I need yellow (Lisa Simpson anyone?). On top of this, there are 42 shades!!!!!!! Thankfully shade ranges have become much more of a necessity with companies lately and if a brand doesn’t have a good range then it is, frankly, highly inappropriate and there is no excuse. If you need help narrowing down your shade, they have a “Find Your Shade” tab which breaks this down further. AND they have a “Match By Brand” option – genius!!!!
So about the actual foundation. Starting with the packaging, I am in love. A lot of the the tutorials I watched pointed out that as the actual container is made of glass it isn’t particularly travel friendly. As I really don’t stray very far from home this is not a problem for me and I think the glass makes it look more expensive and classy. The other down side to the packaging is that it doesn’t come with a lid. The pump does twist to lock, but if you are a regular traveller I can see why this would be unnerving – a bag covered in foundation is never a pleasure. Again as I don’t travel this is not an issue for me and to be honest I would probably end up losing the lid anyway.
Shade wise these are spot on. I went with Light 50 and Light 70 – one for “with fake tan” and one for without. The yellow undertones are perfect and to be real the photos of a swatch don’t really do that justice (I’m just not quite sassy enough yet to put pictures of my face on the internet!) But the undertones and shades are pretty much bang on as described so you can choose a shade online with confidence.
Application – fabulous. I have tried applying with both a beauty sponge and a brush and both work brilliantly and there isn’t really any difference that I can see. The consistency is in the middle for me, not too runny and not too thick. It instantly makes me think I’m not going to be a cake face, but also that it is actually going to do something. The coverage!? Dang! This stuff means business. That being said a sheer layer is perfect for that “no make-up make-up” look, but build this up!? Mate stop! It covers everything.
The other important thing to me is how long a foundation lasts, or at least how it wears. I am happy for a foundation to fade in a natural way, but if it starts going patchy or flakey then it’s a no from me. I work outside so it is a pretty harsh test for any base product to be honest, but this does not dissapoint. It didn’t oil up, it didn’t dry out, there has been the odd “sink” into fine lines e.g. smile lines but this is normal for me and this was only towards the end of the day (approx 9 hours) later – plus a little blot and these dissapeared and I could have easily gone on for the evening. Overall, I may have found my soul mate, and if you travel I personally think just put it in a clear bag if you’re nervous about the packaging – totally worth it.
“Our full coverage concealer was formulated with soft blurring pigments to give you a creaseproof, matte finish. No filter needed.”
As far as the shade range for this concealer goes it pretty much mirrors the foundation selection. There is again the “Find Your Shade” option and there are 30 shades to choose from – all with detailed descriptions on skin tone and undertones.
The packaging is pretty standard for a concealer with a doe foot applicator (lid included this time and actually reminded me of a paddle rather than a doe foot). I chose the shades Fair 08 and Light 10 – again the undertones and shades were exactly what I was expecting and brighten/conceal perfectly pair with the foundation and the swatch pictures still don’t do this justice.
Application wise this honestly goes on like a dream. The consitency is perfectly creamy, again not too thick and no too runny. It covered up just enough to make my skin look “healthy” without looking cakey. Blending this out was ridiculously easy too. I tend to use my fingers, but I did test this with both a sponge and brush for the purpose of this review and had pretty much the same effect. On a side note, these to together and like ying and yang. The blend together beautifully.
Staying power again was pretty impressive. This did settle into lines a little quicker than the foundation, but this was mainly smile lines – what can I say I’m clearly just a smiley person! And as with the foundation with a little blot from my finger and these dissapeared and it continued to look flawless.
This concealer makes me think of a concealer/undereye illuminating love child. It’s not shimmery or anything, but it somehow brightens and makes me look like I’ve had a 3 week holiday and rested the entire time.
So overall!! I feel like I am starting to sound like a broken record, but in my honest opinion I love this collection. I also have the Colourpop No Filter Loose Setting Powder (which is GLORIOUS!) and the Colourpop All Star Prep & Set Duo (review to follow – keep your eyes peeled!) and the whole brand just works together like a dream.
Finally, moving on to the situation of the fact that this is SO easily accessible in America and I am in the UK, fear not!! I take full advantage of any friends or relatives that are holidaying in America (like I said I like my home comforts and don’t particularly travel) but there are now UK options! Colourpop do ship to the UK and they offer free global shipping over $50, but you will have import fees – full details can be found here.
W7 is a brand I came across on YouTube actually (thank you Stephanie Lange!) during my ongoing hunt for affordable Cruelty Free make up brands. I was extremely intrigued by W7, not only is their packaging super duper cute but their products are so affordable! Plus they actually looked pretty decent, so I dived in.
The first product I wanted to try was the W7 Photo Shoot Foundation.
“Photoshoot Foundation is a creamy foundation with a full coverage.
The foundation has the staying power of up to 16 hours and is your go-to “budge-proof” base!”
Sounds dreamy yes? And to be perfectly frank, it is just that. Dreamy. The consistency of this foundation is bang in the middle – not too thick and not too runny. It is super easy to blend and yes – it is pretty full coverage! I tend to steer towards light to medium coverage as I fear the dreaded “cake face” that may accompany a fuller coverage foundation, but this was a pleasant surprise! I wouldn’t say it blanks everything out, but it kind of airbrushes the skin and blurs away imperfections.
The finish I would refer to as a satin-matte. It isn’t dewy, but also not completely flat. It keeps a slight sheen to it that keeps your skin actually looking like skin – just flawless skin! I do finish with a powder around areas that I tend to get a bit oily and they sit absolutely fine on top. And does it last 16 hours? Actually I have no idea, does anyone need makeup to last that long!? But it definitely lasts me a good 8-10 hours which is plenty long enough for me to keep makeup on my face.
It does have a slight scent to it that I can’t quite pin down, but it isn’t strong and I really don’t mind it. The only thing I don’t like about the W7 Photo Shoot Foundation is the packaging. When I say packaging I don’t mean the literal packaging, I actually love the frosted glass with the black (super chic). But, the application method behind this I do find a little tedious. It is just a bottle really, so no doe-foot applicator or even a pump. This can make getting the product out a little long winded, but then it does apply beautifully to the skin. And for the ridiculously affordable price of £6.95 I really am not complaining! A pump or something would be the cherry on top, but even so this is an awesome foundation that has not let me down!
I was beyond ecstatic when I heard there was going to be a foundation in the Revolution Conceal and Define collection. I am lover of Revolution products in general, but their Conceal and Define Concealer is a firm favourite of mine. While I do love their Fast Base Stick Foundation (Full Review & Swatches) I am still figuring out the best way to use it on my skin. But THIS!? I had high expectations for this being the big sister of the matching concealer, so does it live up to them?
“Offering lightweight yet buildable coverage in 24 skin-true shades, this versatile foundation is designed to suit every skin type and tone. With an oil-free yet creamy and comfortable formula that dries down to a long-lasting, demi-matte finish, it won’t settle into fine lines or cling to dry patches. Housed in a luxe glass bottle with a jumbo doe-foot applicator for greater control and less waste, this foundation offers highly pigmented coverage that can be layered or diffused to suit your look. Swipe on and blend out to ramp up the coverage for a ‘real skin’ finish that diffuses blemishes and uneven skin tone. Or let your complexion’s natural character shine through using a small amount with a damp beauty sponge for veil-like coverage.”
So starting with the packaging, it really is almost too much to handle. Literally the grown up version of the concealer, it still has the rose gold details and even a doe-foot applicator! I know some may think using a doe-foot to apply foundation may not be the most sanitary, I personally don’t have an issue with it as concealers are in this format anyway so I don’t really see a difference. It is a fairly decent size (0.8fl oz/23ml) and at £9.00 is super affordable.
On to the shades. There are 24 – yes,24 – shades to choose from. This part was pretty easy for me as I already have the Revolution Conceal and Define Concealer (Full Review & Swatches) so was able to match to that. But if this is new to you, they have detailed shade descriptions to help. I was intrigued to see whether the shades are identical to the concealers, which they pretty much are. This matches me perfectly – although when I have a tan (fake, obvs) it will probably be slightly too pale – something I didn’t think about when matching to my usual concealer.

The application is great, as you would expect from a liquid foundation really and the doe-foot doesn’t really alter anything – although it does actually help avoid mess! Blending wise this was SO easy. It just melts onto the skin and blends out beautifully but still keeps the coverage (I prefer the finish using a beauty blender). I wouldn’t say it is completely full coverage, but still full enough that I probably wouldn’t wear it every day and more for occasions or when I want flawless looking skin (it has a gorgeous satin/matte finish). I would say a medium to full coverage, but it is buildable so if you want to cover everything you can.
Overall, I geniunely love this foundation. Everything about it is exactly what I hoped for. The coverage, the finish, even the packaging. This has got to be my favourite collection from Revolution – just a powder to finish it off now please!?
In no particular order as always!
To be honest I am obsessed (no pun intended) with this whole collection in general. But if I had to choose a favourite it would currently be “Ginger”. This shade is so stunning! It is the perfect transition shade that I use pretty much constantly now.
Full Review & Swatches
Again I was pleasantly surprised by all the products I tried from this brand, but this bronzer is just phenominal. It is on the natural side, but gives such a gorgeous and subtle bronzey glow that also looks epic on the eyes. Another winner!
Full Review & Swatches
I may have gone a little crazy with this product since I tried it (how often is too often to exfoliate.. I mean really…?). This scrub is heavenly. It is not scratchy or too intense, but the super fine exfoliant leaves skin SO soft and healthy looking – seriosuly addictive!
Another brand that so far I have loved everything I have tried… I suffer with dry lips a lot (I’m not sure suffer is the right word, it sounds a bit dramatic), but this lip balm has been a knight in shining armour. It leaves lips so moisturised and soft and the results last for ages!
This is the first product I have tried from Madam Glam and I am already obsessed. I always use gel polish as it lasts longer (a normal polish would struggle to make it through a day on my nails), and this shade is literally bang on. A pale pink that is not bright but not boring. More on the nude side than Barbie, I can’t wait to try out more of their shades!
One for the curly girls, Cantu is a brand I am working my way through and are becoming staples in my hair care routine. This cream smells incredible, keeps my hair soft (but not fluffy) and encourages my curls to be curlier! Super affordable.. Love it.
As a super fan of the Solait Express Tan (1 hour) I couldn’t exactly not buy this. 10 minutes? Like, for real? And the answer is yes. For real. It is definitely a lighter tan but is so quick and easy and has a really nice olive bronze undertone – no orange in sight! Oh, and its £3.29!!!
As a hardcore fan of anything from Lush Cosmetics, it is safe to say I was a little over excited when I heard they were releasing a foundation. As always with Lush, the format of this foundation was never going to be stereotypical – it is literally an egg. Strange, but totally justified. As there is no packaging to this foundation (other than the cardboard recyclable box) there is no wastage or plastic involved. That being said it is still super easy to use as it has a peel-able wax holder.
“Each solid Slap Stick formula is partially dipped in peelable wax for your convenience, and will arrive in a handy recycled and recyclable cardboard box to ensure it’s in tip-top condition. By popping your foundation in a reusable container you’ll keep your product fresh – and do your bit for the planet too.
Plus, you can rest assured that your new foundation is 100% vegan and none of the beautiful ingredients inside have been tested on animals – just a squad of dedicated makeup lovers, passionate about skincare.”
So! On to the fun part! There are 40 shades available – yes 40 – and all are further categorised into undertones. This is genius! While 40 shades may seem a little overwhelming, Lush have made it super simple to match yourself. They have a “No Hassle Guide” to help break it all down, and if you are an Instagram user then you can literally hold your phone up to your face and match yourself. Amazing right!? Just open the Undertone story and get cracking!
“So you want a breathable foundation with buildable coverage and a natural neutral undertone – a foundation that looks incredible, feels invisible and does amazing things for your skin. But what you normally get is heavy foundation that clogs, cakes or doesn’t quite give you the coverage you want or the ingredients your skin would really appreciate. Until now.”
“Say hello to post-facial radiance – skin so dewy you could have just hit the spa and ingredients so luxurious they hydrate, soften and rejuvenate with every application. With 40 shades available (also with warm and cool undertones) to cater for every complexion, your skin’s never had it this good before.
Each Lush Slap Stick is an enriching, highly buildable blend of coveted artisan ingredients and pigment, packed with softening nut oils to make your complexion glow. This medium-coverage foundation, composed of 14% pigment and 45% Indonesian coconut oil, makes mask-like foundations a thing of the past, keeping your complexion looking fresh all day long at no compromise to your preferred level of coverage.”
And is it as incredible as it seems to be?
In my opinion, yes. It is definitely not a typical foundation in any shape or form. It definitely has a waxy texture to it that is not really comparable to typical liquid or cream foundations. However, it… is…. beautiful. It took me a while to figure out the best way to apply and blend this, but applying directly onto the skin and then blending with a damp beauty blender gave the most glorious finish. The result is so natural looking, but is pretty buildable if you are into a more fuller coverage. It warms onto the skin and blends beautifully. It definitely gives a radiant dewy finish, but is not greasy (which surprised me as looking at the ingredients it contains a lot of oils!). It lasts well and when it does start to wear down it fades and stays blended rather than breaking up or going patchy. Would I wear this for an evening event or night out? Probably not – for those I do prefer a more flawless and matte finish. But, for daily use, day time events (it screams festivals!) or any less intense looks this is so perfect.
At £16.95 it isn’t the cheapest foundation going, but I do think because of its format this will last for such a long time. I love the idea behind the packaging (or lack of), and when it comes down to the actual product – although applying it can feel very odd to start with – it blends beautifully, gives a stunning finish, works fabulously with other makeup products on top and has pretty good staying power. Another Lush Cosmetics win!!!
Natura Siberica have become one of my holy grail skincare brands. I have reviewed various products from them already, so this time I thought we could look at their basic products, which are SO affordable. While I wasn’t exactly expecting them not to be any good, these are at the bottom end of their prices so I was intrigued! Super affordable luxurious skincare? Let’s find out!
“Natura Siberica products are based on the traditional remedies of ancient Siberian tribes. Featuring wild harvested ingredients, sourced from unspoilt landscapes, Natura Siberica work with these local tribes, bringing about positive changes in their lives.
To survive the extreme Siberian conditions, endemic and adaptogenic herbs and plants synthesize highly protective active ingredients and have extraordinary antioxidant properties. When used therapeutically they offer unique health and beauty benefits.”
“Our gentle Cleansing Mousse is a perfect everyday treatment for oily and combination skin. Its rich lather foams away excess dirt, oil and make-up, leaving skin clean and refreshed.
Rich in vitamin P, Sophora Japonica strengthens and replenishes skin while Chamomilla Recutita soothes it and protects from bacteria. Your skin will be deeply cleansed, soft, and beautifully refreshed.”
So starting with cleansing, this foam is just awesome. As someone who would usually use creamy cleansers (or face wipes if I’m feeling lazy..) a cleanser in the form of a mousse isn’t something I have tried before. It is so easy! It lathers up straight away (without being messy as I would have expected!), cleanses the skin removing all traces of makeup AND leaves skin so soft. It isn’t designed to remove eye makeup however, which brings me on the next product…
“This Moisturizing Foam is specifically designed to gently remove eye make-up without stripping or stinging the delicate eye area.
Rhodiola Rosea, highly renowned for its fantastic adaptogenic properties, deeply oxygenates and rejuvenates the skin. Daurian Lily gently soothes and nourishes the skin – promoting a healthy glow.”
This is the perfect partner to the Cleansing Mousse. It is the same format being a mousse, but this is specifically for eye makeup. I have quite sensitive eyes so can be wary using products directly in that area, but this is brilliant! It does not irritate my eyes at all and removes every teeny weeny flek of mascara. I don’t know how this works, but it does. It is genius.
“This gentle face scrub with Sophora Japonica and Arctic Raspberry delicately exfoliates, renews and restores the skin making it smooth and firm.
Extract of Sophora Japonica contains up to 30% of Rutin (Vitamin P), which stimulates regeneration processes, and regulates lipid balance. Apricot Seeds gently exfoliate skin while Arctic Raspberry Extract soothes it.”
“A gentle face peel with Aralia Mandshurica, Meadowsweet, AHA-acids and Vitamin F gently exfoliates and renews skin to improve the complexion.
Our gentle face peel reinforces the skins protective functions, making it smooth and supple. Aralia Mandshurica protects skin from external factors while Meadowsweet restores skin’s natural regenerative functions. AHA-acids gently exfoliate skin while Vitamin F facilitates cell renewal – making skin firmer and more elastic.”
So these two products are fairly similar (hense why I am putting these together). They are similar in the sense that they feel almost identical when squeezing out the tube. BUT, these two beauties definitely do different things. I can’t quite put my finger on what the differences are. I have used them separately and yes after using the Face Scrub alone my skin feels silky smooth, and after using the Face Peeling alone my skin again feels silky smooth too but in a different way. It’s a really difficult one to explain but the descripions are pretty bang on really. All of this being said, I am in love with using these as a combo. This might seem like overkill, but the two combined (I do the scrub first) give just seriously epic results. My skin looks totally different after using these, smooth and hydrated and actually “youthful”. So affordable and make SUCH a difference.
“Our Nourishing Facial Mask is perfect for dry, normal, and dull skin types.
Calendula Marigold detoxifies and rejuvenates, strengthening by improving resistance to environmental damage. Wild Daurian Rose deeply nourishes skin and protects it from dehydration. It intensively moisturises and smoothes your skin, making it brighter, firmer, and imparting a youthful glow.”
Last but not least every pamper session should be finished with a face mask. In the past I would always use masks aimed at detoxifying and unclogging pores etc. And I still do, but there is something so beautiful about gorgeous, moisturised, glowy skin. 30 is definitely on the horizon for me, so my priorities with my skin have changed somewhat recently, and this mask is just fabulous. It is SO hydrating, but doesn’t leave the skin feeling greasy. It hasn’t caused me any break outs, and leaves my face feeling and looking – in a word – healthy!
So overall I think it is safe to say I am still 100% in love with this brand. Yes the more luxurious and expensive products are definitely stunning and give ridiculous results, I am so happy that I have found these affordable alternatives to use on a daily basis. These products combined are literally transforming my skin (I noticed a difference just in a few days!) and don’t break the bank. And yes, a luxurious product here and there on a pamper night is something I will always get excited about, but these every day staple products are perfect to keep skin looking its best, every day. Another success!!
So I actually need a cup of tea to write this one. The Obsession Palettes and Refills seemed a convenient and cheap way to get some potential daily products, but they are SO much more than that! I mean yes they are ridiculously affordable (£1-£2 each – and even cheaper in sales) but they are definitely not just cheap back ups. To be honest I don’t really know where to start – but let’s give it a go!
“Shades that fit. Looks that stand out.”
It really is quite difficult not to get over excited when looking at the range of shades! The pigmentation is bang on and they blend like an absolute dream. These make it super easy to create every day natual looks but the brighter options look so stunning for a more “full on” look. I can’t quite put into words how in love with these I am!
So these were the last additions to my rapidly growing collection, and they are just as awesome as the rest. Not as much of a range as with the eyeshadows which would be expected but the pigmentation and blendability (not sure that’s a word) are just stunning. They have such a natural finish but are so buildable and just look fabulous.
The palettes are almost as exciting as the shades themselves! There are quite a few colour options to choose from and various sizes. Again super affordable (£2-£8) and actually look rather chic! The shadows (bought as singles) “pop out” of their original packaging and easily “pop in” to the palette. A really handy feature is that the backs of the palettes are open, so you can still read the colour names.
So overall there really aren’t enough good things I can say about this whole collection! Such beautiful quality for such an affordable price! Just a word of warning – these are addictive!
In no particular order as always!
This gorgeous little jar has become one of my absolute go-to skincare products in this heat! It is super hydrating without being oily or greasy and leaves skin feeling so soft! I came across this almost by accident when on a trip the Eden Project and all of their beauty products I have tried so far have been incredible!
This is a brand I had not heard of before, and came across on a YouTube video by CurlyPenny. I was instantly intrigued and picked these up from Amazon. They are literally magic. They instantly detangle the hair regardless of how matted it may be (gross I know) and leave the hair feeling like pure silk. Somehow they manage to do all of this and still not weigh the hair down at all. I am completely hooked!!
As a committed lover of all things Lush, the Rose Jam collection is one I am definitely not a newbie to. I have been obsessed with these products for a long time (probably too long) and I always fall back to this stunning scent when the weather warms up! The scent is so difficult to describe – it literally is rose jam. Luckily there is a full range of products in this scent so my obsession can reach its full potential!
This is another product that I am not particularly new to but that is beyond perfect for this sunny warm weather. This product is so lightweight and gives the most beautiful glow. Whether underneath foundation or just on its own this product is absolutely genius!
Another range that it is no secret I am obsessed with, the Revolution X Soph collaboration has been an absolute dream collection for me! Her “Cake” lipstick is the most perfect shade of nude and I am all over it at the moment! It is not too pale, not too bright, literally “my lips but better”. Perfect!!
Saaf is a brand that is fairly new to me, but another brand that I have so far loved ever product! With the weather being how it is I obviously needed to show my body some attention (it’s just too hot to cover everything up!). This body oil is so darn luxurious! A little goes such a long way so I know this will last me for such a long time – and it instantly transforms the skin into glowy airbrushed heaven!!
This is a classic product that again I have had for some time, but the shades in this palette are so versatile that creating bronzey summer looks is just so easy! As always with Makeup Revolution the shades are so pigmented and easy to blend, this is another summer winner!
So I can see a pattern here of products I have used for quite some time reappearing in my every day routines! But here’s another! The Natura Siberica Northern Collection Deep Cleanser is a firm favourite of mine and is fantastic for deep cleansing the skin (much needed in this freaking heat!!). I tend to leave mine on as a mask too and I can literally feel it working! Plus it smells like marzipan.

This little gem came to me in a Cruelty Free Box and it is so cute and heavenly! It is super gentle but also really mositurising. And the smell!? I leave mine by the sink and it gives off such a subtle shea butter scent – just beautiful!
Here is another product I have had for some time that I actually picked up on a spa day. This toner does tone (as you would expect) but it also feels like a hydrating face mist at the same time. It smells stunning, and leaves skin feeling clean and soft and dewy!
A little different – the MoYou Kaleidoscope Stamping Plate is another product I received in a subscription box (The Pip Box) and it is genius! It takes DIY manicures to a whole new level – and is SO easy! I absolutely love this and can’t wait to try more of them!
